Appointment Instructions
In-person walk-in Appointments only. Please do not call to book an appointment.
- The physician running the clinic can only safely see and treat a certain number of patients. Once the maximum number of patients who can be seen in the allotted time has been registered, the registration will close
- If the line-up of patients being seen moves quickly, we will re-open to see as many patients as possible. You may be asked to check back with us later in the evening.
- We only accept valid health card.
- If health card is expired, flat charge of $67.80 to see a physician. for Visitors/ Non HC holders a flat charge of $113.00 to see a physician.
- Payment for any services not covered by OHIP is due at the time of services.We accept all major payment forms (credit card, debit or cash)
- If physician orders an investigation like blood work or imaging, you will be contacted to book an appointment and discuss your results. We generally do not contact patients to discuss normal results, however you are welcome to book a follow-up appointment if you wish.

Preparation For Your Appointment
- Please bring your valid health card
- Please arrive on time for your appointment
- If you are sick, please wear your mask
- If you keep a blood pressure or blood sugar log, please bring it.
- Request all your prescription renewals during the appointment.
- Bring all your medications in their original packaging with over-the-counter medications, supplements and devices like glucometer/inhalers
